Dip Recipe

TGI Friday's Spinach Dip Recipe

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
1 can (14 ounce size) artichoke hearts, chopped (can also use frozen & thawed)

Even though Rachel and Mollie weren't with us, we managed to have a great time on our Road Trip to a few quilt shops.

A few weeks ago I received a text message from Lindsey asking if I would like to "teach" Lindsey, Caitlin and Mollie to quilt.  How could I say no to that combo??  What a great way to reconnect with Lindsey and get to know cute Caitlin and Mollie.

So, we got together and I showed the girls how to make this adorable pumpkin wall hanging.   They did a GREAT job, and we had a great time!!  We do lots of laughing and lots of talking, but we are always working!!
